This course is designed for complete beginners who are new to Capoeira or new to the London School of Capoeira. During the course, you’ll learn the basic movements and techniques of Capoeira while improving your fitness, coordination, and confidence. By the end of the course, you’ll be ready to progress to more advanced classes.
After completing the beginner course, you’ll be eligible to join our regular class
Course Details:
Please note: Due to the summer holidays, our August course consists of 5 sessions instead of the usual 8 sessions.
When: It starts from the beginning of each month and it runs 8 × 1 hour sessions. Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm (please see note above)
Next Course: August 6th, 11th, 13th, 18th and 20th from 7-8pm.
Where: London School of Capoeira, unit 1-2 Leeds Place, London N4 3RF
Clothing: Please wear comfortable tracksuit trousers and a T-shirt during this course. Shorts are not permitted. Once the course has been completed and you have joined the school, the LSCH uniform will be required.
