About the Course:
This course is designed for complete beginners who are new to Capoeira or new to the London School of Capoeira. During the course, you’ll learn the basic movements and techniques of Capoeira while improving your fitness, coordination, and confidence. By the end of the course, you’ll be ready to progress to more advanced classes. There is also an option to continue training on Tuesday mornings.

When: Tuesdays, 8.30am - 9.30am
Where: London School of Capoeira, unit 1-2 Leeds Place, London N4 3RF
What to Wear:
Please wear comfortable tracksuit trousers and a T-shirt. Shorts are not permitted for safety reasons. Once you have completed the beginners’ course, students are required to wear the LSCH uniform at all lessons.
Next Steps:
After completing the beginner course, you’ll be eligible to join our regular classes:
Monday and Wednesday: 7:00–8:30 p.m.
Tuesday, and Thursday: 7:00–9:00 p.m.
Alternatively, you can continue your training and progress further in the Tuesday morning class.
