Time: 6:30–7:30 pm

How to set up your Berimbau correctly
How to hold the Berimbau with confidence
How to strike and control the correct musical notes
How to play essential rhythms: Angola, São Bento Pequeno, and São Bento Grande
This course is suitable for anyone who wants to build a strong foundation or improve their existing skills in Capoeira music.

We strongly encourage investing in your own Berimbau so you can practice at home.
Aim to practice for at least 30 minutes every three days to get the most out of the course.
