Email Confirmation / Security:
Upon completion of the ticket purchase the ticket holder will receive an
email confirmation and booking reference from WorldPay.
You are advised to keep a record of this booking reference.
Please check the confirmation from WorldPay as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Delivery:
Currently we deliver Worldwide.
Items are shipped by first Class SIGNED post.
Please allow 28 days for delivery.

Refunds:
The shopper has the right to cancel their CD/DVD purchase order within 24 hours of making the payment,
provided thta the product has not been despatched nor collected (please check the order progress by e-mailing or calling the office in Finsbury Park).
Refunds are available on CDs and DVDs, if the products are returned unopened in their original condition (and packaging) within 7 days of receiving the product.
Faulty items will be refund, if returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the original order.
All course and workshop fees are non-refundable unless they are cancelled by us, or if they are cancelled 30 days prior to the starting date of the course or workshop, in which case a £10 administration fee will be charged.
Pro-rata refunds will not be given for courses or workshops for any reason if they have been started. Subject to availability, a course may be postponed or re-booked once, if it has not been started, after which the course fee is non-refundable.
