Capoeira classes for beginners?
This Capoeira course below is structured for the absolute beginner and the returning student who needs to go back to a basic class.
A step by step 4/5 week workshop which will introduce the new comer to Capoeira to ongoing lessons
here at the London School of Capoeira.

A short description of our courses for beginners:
This Capoeira course is designed to teach participants the fundamental aspects of Capoeira, including body conditioning, basic Capoeira movements, sequences and an introduction to the Roda (the circle in which Capoeira takes place).
No previous experience/fitness required.
What do I need to wear?
Participants will be asked to wear a pair of tracksuit trousers and a t-shirt.
The London School of Capoeira uniform won't be required for the first workshop attended at the LSC, but from the second course.
Can I visit the school to watch a class?
You are welcome to visit the London School of Capoeira and view a class on Tuesdays between 7.30pm and 9pm at the London School of Capoeira Studios in Finsbury Park. Please note that the London School of Capoeira masters are only available to answer your questions regarding lessons at the end of class just after 9pm.
